Overview
The EdTech firm hired us to build a comprehensive learning management platform for healthcare professionals. This platform needed to efficiently manage and present academic content in an accessible and certifiable manner. With courses spanning 20 medical specialties, organizing and navigating the vast information was a key challenge.
My responsibilities for this project include:
Gathering user information and participating in UX activities.
Crafting user journeys, persona and creating flows for different user types, such as end users, Super-admins, Content creators, and LMS logins.
Working on the design system to ensure consistency across all elements.
Creating wireframes and transforming low-fidelity wireframes into visual designs and interactive prototypes.

Additionally, I engage in research and the creation of user flows, visual design and prototyping to facilitate experts in generating content for medical aspirants, doctors, and hospitals. This collaborative effort involves a combination of roles, including a Super Admin, a Content Creator akin to a Producer, Medical Writers, Medical Reviewers, Instructional Designers, and Quality Check professionals.
